We use a process for print brochures called Print-On-Demand which offers award recipients tremendous flexibility in guaranteed product availability, budget flexibility and customization. Award brochures are printed specifically for each customer and are customized for that specific year level. Return to IndexOrdering/ Award FulfillmentWhat is your delivery turn-around time?Domestic shipments of lifestyle awards (Contemporary) are normally shipped with 48 - 72 hours of order receipt. Commemorative awards (logoed) are shipped within 10 days of order receipt. Special rush situations are always available. Describe the methods you propose to track orders, back orders, delivery status and notification to our company if products are back ordered.Order status is a fully automated system through e-admin. Location managers and corporate managers are provided access coding into our web based administrative system. This online system provides information on open orders, shipped orders, non-responders, back orders, award selection statistics and upcoming anniversaries. Describe your On-line Confirmation of Shipment and Tracking.Through our proprietary administrative called e-Admin, award shipments are confirmed and all shipping information is available. Award recipients are notified by email confirming the award selection if they have placed their order via the internet. Because e-Admin is a real-time operating system, award status is immediately available. We extract the shipping/tracking information from UPS and FedEx and display on the main order status screen. This real-time confirmation and tracking information is available on-line for recipient, location manager and program coordinator. Delivering to Multiple LocationsOur administrative system (e-Admin) handles all multiple shipping scenarios. Gifts can be delivered to the recipient's homes or specific field locations. Our online ordering system offers the recipient the option to change their home or ship-to address in the event they have moved or wish the award to be delivered elsewhere. A high security driven system offers the award recipient a simple login screen. Login codes and passwords are found on the individual recipients order form. After the recipient logs into our e-Admin system, they can be greeted by a personalized and customized message from corporate president or whoever you designate. Ordering is simple and an email confirmation is immediate. Detail ad-hock reports are available to both the location manager and program administrators. E-Admin is the leading reporting, tracking and management system in the industry. This reporting and tracking system available to our customers is the same system used internally. We consider it like having someone from our staff at your 24/7 disposal. We call it your "Interactive Assistant". Describe the account management process.CSI International currently manages award programs for over 1000 corporate customers. Our administrative system called e-Admin provides the technological answer to once administrative nightmares. Detailed reporting includes: Individual recipient ordering and tracking, non-responders reporting, open order status reporting, shipped order reporting, product popularity reporting, real time budget expenditure reporting, and many other customizable reports. With selected security access, program managers can also add, remove or update recipients as needed. There are three levels of security accessibility: Recipient, Location Manager, and Corporate Manager. Recipient - Eligible employees are given the capabilities of placing their orders on-line, postage paid postcard, fax, or toll free phone. Recipients can check the status of their order 24/7 by accessing our on-line system. Local Managers - Location managers can access our same administrative on-line system and look-up specific employees or run administrative reports such as Non-Responder Reports, Open Order Reports, Shipped Reports. Local managers can only access information about their specific location. Corporate Managers - Corporate managers are provided the same tools as location managers but have a higher-level access to all location information. What is the follow-up process for non-responses to notifications?Non-responders are established after a pre-designated time frame by the individual client. Our standard recipient is considered a non-responder after 90 days from the anniversary date. After 45 days from the anniversary date, we send a reminder postcard to the qualifying non-responders. Many companies use default gifts after the 90 day period. Return to IndexCustomer ServiceDescribe your customer service.We don't want just satisfied customers but "elated customers". Our corporate headquarters is located in Niagara Falls, NY. From this location, all internal customer service issues will be addressed. A dedicated Program Manager is assigned to your account. Each Program Manager is supported with a customer service staff member for situations where the lead contact is unavailable. The Program Managers report their activities daily to our lead Customer Service Manager which also reports to the President of CSI's Corporate Division. We believe customer satisfaction is achieved through our multiple policies and procedures implemented throughout CSI. This is established through our program manager training programs, our unconditional product satisfaction guarantee, our product replacement policy, our "Zero Defects" product policy, our "On-Time" delivery policy and our quality control standards. Each department operates with minimum performance standards with monthly and quarterly evaluations. We have established internal guidelines to insure complete customer satisfaction. How do you measure customer satisfaction?Customer satisfaction is measured through our on-line survey system. Recipients and managers have the capability of responding to various questions about the effectiveness of the award program. Questions can be customized to each customer to target specific areas or needs for improvement. Describe Product Returns, Exchanges and Warranties policies.Part of CSI's mission is to provide excellence in service through 100% customer satisfaction. This is achieved by offering a liberal exchange and warranty policy. A recipient can exchange any award within the first 30 days for any reason if they are not satisfied. This is applicable to an award whether it is has a corporate logo or not. CSI products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment, excluding damage due to shipment or abuse. We honor all extended warranties of our vendors. Awards manufactured by CSI carry a lifetime warranty. Many manufacturers offer extended warranties or lifetime warranties. Contact your Customer Care Professional for specific details. How often are your prices adjusted?Each recognition program has an established start or anniversary date. Program pricing will update annually on that specific corporate anniversary date. This benefit provides a full year of pricing before any adjustment. CSI reserves the right to adjust individual product pricing if there is an increase of more than 5% on that specific item. However, CSI does guarantee there will be no greater than a 5% increase on the overall average price on an annual basis. Describe the fixed and variable costs of your program.There is no hidden cost or gold surcharges in our award program. Customers pay for the final award for the recipient with no additional cost for web ordering, web administration, corporate identity, award packaging, and award selection brochures. |
